I've had gelish classic pedi twice here before, and once did a Mani w them. Very happy with all my experiences here. Pedicures were very detailed and thorough, my feed rly felt clean. My mani nail tech (who was a guy, what a refreshing difference) was super detailed with how he shaped my nails and applied the polish layer by layer. My brother's hv also gotten men's pedi here and they felt comfortable throughout.

my 2nd time at queenie beauty and was served yet again by Yen! did a gel pedicure and she always do them so well! would like to praise her service on settling my ingrown nail, she did them pain-free so now, whenever im wearing sneakers, i no longer feel the pain!

first of all entering the shop i didnt get to choose what i want for my lashes they just “decided” for me , secondly the girl who did my lashes took at least 2hrs to finish it , may i ask isit standard for a SALON to do a lash that is 2 hours?!! thirdly the lady keep poking me with the tools and she even make me sleep ALL THE WAY UP TO THE PILLOW AND I CAN FEEL MY SHOULDER IS AT TUE EDGE FOR THE PILLOW!!! imagine lying down for 2 hours like this who will be comfortable??? LASTLY when scrubbing my leg they turn on the water AND IT WAS BOILING HOT AND IT BURN MY FEET , may i ask did they even KNOW HOW TO DO A CUSTOMER?? NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL PLEASE!! NO MORE COMING BACK HERE ANYMORE . i be own is way better although its slightly more expensive

I had two nails with glue and nail stickers, so messy and I have to go to Sentosa tomorrow, so the sister was so kind and instantly knew the assignment!! She was so quick and was very careful, she made sure I was comfortable and kept asking how I liked the nail look for each step. Was very dedicated and pulled so much effort, it costed 30 RM which was a reasonable price as well, so happy with the result too, highly recommended, thank you so much sis God bless you, saved the dayyy.
